The Hotel Booking Service at the Tourist Office in Aix-en-Provence has pre-booked hotel rooms in the town. This is a free service that is made available to you to help with your hotel reservation.

The location of the hotels with pre-booked rooms is indicated on the map below. The symposium will take place at the laboratoire Parole et Langage, 5 avenue Pasteur, in front of the Hôtel Paul on the map.

As there is a high level of tourist activity in September in Aix-en-Provence, we strongly recommend that you download the Accommodation Form, fill it in, and send it back to the Congress Department at the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office as soon as possible.

To benefit from preferential tariffs, the Accommodation form should be sent back before the 20th of July 2012. After this date, no guarantee of availability or tariff can be made.
